Shannon Patterson, Buyer's Agent

Shannon is the Buyer’s Agent for the Jane Clark Realty Group.  She is a results-oriented professional.  She is highly organized and has a strong work ethic.  She is passionate in doing what is right and believes in finding the right home for YOU based on YOUR needs. 

She is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, Texas Association of Realtors®, Collin County Association of Realtors® and a sustaining member of the McKinney Chamber of Commerce.

Shannon earned her M.B.A. from Saint Leo University.  She was chosen as Saint Leo’s Distinguished Alumna for 2008-2009.  She was a Magna Cum Laude graduate and the Student Representative Commencement Speaker for the 2005 Graduate Programs.

She has a volunteer heart and has been involved with many charitable organizations.  She is a board member for Kiwanis of McKinney, a committee member for a special needs t-ball team and a wheelchair ramp builder.  Shannon was Mrs. Texas 2010 and placed in the Top 6 at Mrs. America.  She has been a Special Olympics volunteer for over 19 years and also worked at the International Headquarters as the Manager for Donor Relations.  She has been on missionary trips to the Dominican Republic and Haiti.  She has helped build over 20 houses with Habitat for Humanity and took part in the Jimmy Carter Work Project.  She resides in Stonebridge Ranch with her husband, John
